Parking for staff and visitors
Parking during office hours is for staff and those who are visiting Diocesan House. The car park has an ANPR (numberplate recognition) parking system. If you are using the car park for a diocesan event at Diocesan House or St Paul’s Church (such as training or a committee meeting) please register your numberplate with our reception team on arrival. Parking for such meetings is free but because it’s a small staff car park we cannot guaranteed a space during the working day. However, we do try to give priority to blue badge holders.
Parking during evenings and weekends
Outside of normal office hours our parking spaces available to anyone at a very competitive rate and can be booked via yourparkingspace.co.uk or the app or QR code in the car park. Income from parking will help our diocese to reduce the costs of maintaining the car park and Diocesan House.
Visitors on church-related business outside of working hours can request free parking 48 hours in advance but this does not guarantee a space. To request a parking space please use the form below. You will be sent a confirmation email once your car is registered. If you do not receive one then you will need to pay for parking or risk receiving a parking fine. (Parking request emails are only monitored until 12noon on Friday).
