Associate Minister, Cliftonville, St Paul’s

St Paul’s Cliftonville is seeking to appoint an Associate Minister, lay or ordained, to partner with them in their vision to show people Jesus. The home of Ignite ministry in the Diocese of Canterbury, St Paul’s is an exciting ministry in the diverse community of Cliftonville.

The Vicar of St Paul’s is currently seconded to lead Ignite ministry across the Diocese. The Associate Minister, working in partnership with the Vicar, will take a lead role in his absence in the day to day leadership of the parish. We are seeking and Associate Minister who will:
● have proven ministry leadership experience
● have theological training
● be highly relational
● be able confidently and compassionately to show people the good news of Jesus Christ
● be comfortable working with a diverse range of people, particularly those who are socially marginalized
● be able to inspire and enable people to grow in faith and develop their own gifts and calling.
