At the hearing, on the afternoon of February 27, in Iavoloha, the Bishop of Dover was accompanied by a large delegation of the Anglican Church, headed by Msgr. Samoela Jaona Ranarivelo, President of Ecclesia Malagasy episcopal.
"It is a great honor to be received by the President of the Republic of Madagascar, and we ask the Grace of God to bless the country," said Bishop Trevor Willmott, after the meeting with the Head of State. His visit to Madagascar is part of the great meeting of the Anglican Church of the Indian Ocean, whose overall theme is the Partnership between Christians.
