Children and young people's ministry

Our Children and Young People officers are here to support and equip our church communities to deliver children and youth ministry in their setting.

Our support extends to anyone ministering to children and young people in the diocese, including paid children, family and youth ministers, volunteers and clergy to name but a few.

As a diocese, one of our bold outcomes is to double the number of young disciples by 2030 and this plays a key part in all that we do to:

Support – parish visits, strategic planning

Resource – signposting to relevant Christian resources and monthly newsletter updates

Equip – various training opportunities.

To keep up to date with Children and Youth Ministry in our diocese, you can sign up to the Ministry Dispatch monthly mailing.
