We are here to support you and your church or school in your ministry with children and young people.
We believe that discipleship is possible at any age; that all ages can worship in intergenerational settings; that the value of our worship is not defined or constrained by how much we know about God but rather by simply knowing God. We believe that it is possible for children and young people to be full members, integral in the life of our churches as long as we are willing to let go of the obstacles that prevent them from engaging with us.

Schools Officer (Organisation and Estates)Oversees care and development of church school land and buildings, school system organisation and our work on decarbonisation. |

Schools Officer (Christian Character)Provides support, resourcing, training and guidance on developing a school’s Christian character including RE, Collective Worship and spirituality. SIAMS training, visits and support. |

Lead Officer for Children and Youth MinistryStrategic planning, parish support, guidance on developing nurturing Christian communities for children and young people. |
|
Youth EnablerResponsible for annual diocesan youth residential, Youth Council, Growing Young Leaders, developing ways to hear the voices of young people and support for Youth Ministers. |

Team Lead AdministratorProvides administrative support for all areas of the team’s work. |

Schools Project OfficerThe first port of call for school enquiries about projects concerning the development and maintenance of school sites and buildings. Will also be involved in bespoke projects such as decarbonisation, and in guiding schools in converting to Academy status.
