Head of People Services & Operations

Michael Keeler-Walker

Supports any type of people management matters relating to employees and clergy working in the church. People Services covers the whole employment life cycle from recruitment to retirement and everything in-between! The team also provide HR advice, templates and policies to parishes to support them with their own employment matters.

Team Administrator (People Services and ICT)

Sam Mann

Provides administrative support to enable the planning and co-ordinating of all team activities, in order to serve our clergy, churches and church workers effectively.

Information Systems Programme Manager 

Cordelia Sain-Ley-Berry-Gray

Oversees the IT Infrastructure and data solutions, ensuring that the most effective and efficient way of working is provided to staff whilst also working strategically to ensure that the flow of data is cyber secure, efficient, and effective.

Supporting parishes with online services such as our Diocesan Online Directory (CMS), Online Parish Returns Portal, Safeguarding Dashboards Hubs and much more.

Operations and Facilities Officer

Wendy Hudson

Coordinates all things connected to the smooth running of Diocesan House including health and safety, fabric and maintenance. Wendy and is responsible for overseeing that Reception and Switchboard are running effectively and professionally for all those that contact the diocese.

Reception and Hospitality Assistant

Lesley Andrews

Responsible for all aspects of the Reception and Switchboard role including the organisation of Room Bookings and hospitality requirements for meetings held externally or at Diocesan House.
