We want to encourage spiritual growth and confidence to build more day-to-day discipleship, searching out opportunities for living out God's love outside the boundaries of church worship. We want to support the Bishop, Diocese and Deanery. We want to do this with a sense of fun and joy.

a) We are looking for someone with these qualities
- Desire to be the leader of Christian life in the Benefice
- Energy and patience to listen, encourage, enable and innovate
- Empathy and deep sense of pastoral care
- Skills to work collaboratively to grow the spiritual life and Christ-informed actions of our parishes, both inside and outside the church setting
- Ability to lead and guide us into deeper discipleship with service and joy at its heart
b) We would be delighted if any of these also applied!
- Experience and understanding of the unique characteristics of rural parishes
- Skills and interest in working with younger generations and community groups
- An interest in the natural world
